If you pay close attention to the murmurings of the internet, you will know that the jungle drums are beating to the tune of the Google Phone. Everywhere you look there are posts heralding its arrival. See here, here, and here.

Google has the potential to blow the game wide open and it will be interesting to see how the market reacts. Google is somewhat of a paradox in that its one of the most powerful brands in the world but yet for the most part you never have to dip into your own pocket to use them. If the Gphone sells like hot cakes, this could the beginning of a whole Google product range where those six colorful letters are as wondrous as the Swoosh or the Golden Arches.
